Description

This indicator is a performance measure for WHO HBV/HCV elimination targets. The WHO target is 200 syringes/needles per PWID per year by 2020 and 300 syringes/needles per PWID per year by 2030.

Description of indicator: Estimated number of needles/syringes per person who injects drugs (PWID) per year.
