Summary and objectives

Objectives:

  • Elimination of new infections and transmission among Syrian population by 2030
  • Reduction of chronic hepatitis infections among the population by 90% of 2017 level
  • Reduction of deaths from chronic hepatitis among the entire population by three fold

Challenges: Shortage in PCR test and the price is very expensive
